The second floor of the boathouse has been totally remodeled to offer a one-bedroom modernized Maine experience for travelers, who wish to depart from the traditional hotel rooms which are often predictable across the country. The building extends over the water on pilings and the deck brings you an ocean experience without the inconvenience of living on a boat. You can observe the native sea birds as they visit the cove, watch the sail boat races from the neighboring yacht club or patiently wait for a harbor seal to emerge from the water to do their own observations of new guests on their shorefront.
