The George Brooks House Inn

Restored Gothic Revival Victorian home built in 1908 by George M. Brooks and designated an historic site by Talbot County. The inn sits back 250′ from the main road in this area (Rt. 33) on over 8 acres of land and is just 6/10 of a mile north of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Musuem and the village of St. Michaels. Winner of State’s Preservation Award in 2002 for outstanding historic restoration, the inn features exquisite hand-carved mahogany furniture, Waverly comforters with coordinated custom draperies, and cable TV with DVD in all rooms.
